Do you twist more easily to one side than the other?
Do you notice one of your hips is tighter than the other?

If so, you may have an asymmetry or scoliosis curvature in your body.
This afternoon workshop covers:
* Standing Strengthening Postures
* Spinal Lengthening Postures
* a Gentle Twist
* Mild Inversions
You will learn:
* The use of props to realign the body
* Setup and adjustments for your individual body’s unique needs.
Join us to learn, relax and rebalance!
Classes suitable for all levels, however, those with some awareness of basic yoga standing postures will gain the most benefit.
