Learn how to work with your pattern to rebalance it rather than reinforce it.
This workshop will cover:
• Foundational standing postures
• Spinal mobility
• Spine strengthening
• Focused breathing
• The use of props to realign the body.
• Setup and adjustments for individuals according to their body’s unique needs.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. Maximum 8 participants for deeper learning.
