Align Your Spine Yoga Workshop
Is one of your shoulders lifted higher than the other? Do you have tight hips or hamstrings? Do you experience discomfort on one side of your lower back? If so, you may have a scoliosis or asymmetry in your body. This two and a half hour workshop will provide yoga techniques to assist you in finding relief, balance and strength. You will leave feeling taller and lighter with knowledge of how to adapt yoga postures to your unique body. Suitable for yoga students of all levels.
