Beginner’s Mind Yoga Series (6-weeks)

This class will focus on the beginners mind approach to yoga. We will focus on and develop the fundamental aspects that provide a solid base to the structure of your practice including pranayama (breathing) techniques, alignment, and an open compassionate mind that leads to confidence on the mat. A variety of asanas (postures) will be explored including seated, standing, balancing, gentle twists, and many more.

The beauty of this series is that you will be able to work within the same group to grow and deepen together as you build on each class.

This series is designed for beginners, yet suitable for the more experienced if you are needing to revisit and grow the roots of your practice! I look forward to getting to know you and offering my support and guidance in the beginning of your yoga journey.
