Build Your Yoga is a 28-hour workshop geared to students interested in learning more about yoga without having the desire to teach yoga. Immerse your body, mind and spirit in ancient teachings to set a solid foundation upon which to construct a strong framework for your practice. Build your practice so that it becomes more purposeful, personal and playful by optimizing your structural blueprint and refining subtler energy principles in your body. Daily sessions will include asana practice, deepening your knowledge of pose shape, alignment techniques, pranayama, mantra, meditation, philosophy and history.

Experienced teachers, Jonathan Boyd & Christine Lee, use various teaching strategies to lay foundation, create the supporting framework and build the architecture for a long-lasting practice. Turn inward through pranayama, mantra and meditation; turn outward into the support of community, fellow practitioners and dedicated teachers. All students receive a manual as well as personal instruction and feedback to “own” your tools and understand the framework within which you live. Build your yoga into your home.
