De-Stress with Restorative Yoga

Rest. Just rest. Let the quiet seep into your cells. Let your breath expand softly. Experience the healing, transformational quality of a restorative practice.

If Hatha Yoga was healthy, delicious dinner, restorative yoga would be the chocolate mousse. The finale that soothes the senses. Long-held poses deeply supported with bolsters, blocks and straps nourish your body and soothe your nervous system. Learn the basics of restorative practice; how to set up and exit postures safely, how to adjust them for your particular body, and which poses are suitable for your needs.

The goal of this workshop is to send you away with a short series of postures you can do yourself.
