A two hour class designed to cleanse our bodies, physically and emotionally ~ helping to remove impurities on both these levels. A ‘Flow’ based class combining decompression, compression and twists, linking the mind and body as one and restoring balance and vitality in our lives. You’ll get warm, you’ll breathe deeper than ever, you’ll challenge yourself physically and mentally, and smile from the inside out!
