Learn how to teach all the classical Pilates exercises and everything about how to put them together for a safe, fun Pilates class. Teacher trainees will learn to teach the foundational Pilates principles as well as the objectives, anatomy, cueing, breathing pattern, checkpoints, pitfalls and muscle focus for each individual exercise.
This course can be taken alone or in addition to our yoga teacher training program. Taken in conjunction with our yoga teacher training program, teacher training graduates will be able to teach a wide variety of yoga, pilates, yogilates and fusion classes that their students will love.
