Fitness Below the Belt

Learn how pelvic floor function impacts core stability, low back health and overall fitness. Join Jodi Ganton, Registered Physiotherapist, and Melissa McLeod, Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer in this interesting and informative workshop. They will teach you how to use yoga and specific pelvic floor exercises to correctly engage your core. Find and use the muscles that stabilize and protect the low back and pelvis.
