This fun and informative workshop will help you to understand the root cause of your anxiety and how to create supportive daily routines that will bring you greater ease and empowerment. You will get out of your head and into your body with therapeutic yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditations that are specifically used to treat anxiety. All participants will receive handouts including self-care tools, home yoga practices, and recipes for wellness to support long lasting relief!

Carly is dedicated to living in alignment with her inner guidance, the seat of the self. After growing up in a family of divorced and alcoholic parents, Carly’s emotional suffering, low self-esteem, anxiety, and internal rage led her to the yoga mat for the first time. It was there that she found a choice never before considered. To let the inner turmoil destroy her or to grab on to the hope that something far greater was possible.She met herself for the first time with kindness and curiosity, a softness that birthed inner wisdom and personal power, transforming her life from the inside, out. Her love for teaching Yoga expanded into similar techniques of healing, moving the body through the art of Thai Massage and Ayurvedic bodywork. Her teachings will reveal to you that movement is necessary for profound growth, transformation, and healing.
