‘Freedom from Anxiety’ Yoga Series

Are you tired of constantly worrying, feeling tense or on “edge”?

If you answered YES, then this series is for you!

What was once an Introductory workshop has now been expanded into a 7 week, in-depth therapeutic series specifically designed to bring you greater ease and empowerment. Learn how to find relief from stress and anxiety with the wisdom of Yoga in a small group setting. This fun and informative class will help you to understand the root cause of your anxiety and eradicate it from the source in order to experience lasting results. You will get out of your head and into your body with therapeutic yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditations that are specifically used to treat anxiety.

This series will provide an abundance of hands on experience and practice so that upon completion you will have developed the momentum and confidence to integrate it into your daily life without a fuss. A great way to get back into your self-care routine or develop one for the first time!
