Global Mala 2012 – This Sun Sept 23!

Come and practice ‘108’ Sun Salutations with us!

Fall Equinox and the U.N. International Day of Peace have inspired many of us to roll out our mats and rise up to the vibration of solar energy for our fifth year.

This practice takes place on the same weekend every year, and is now practiced in thousands of cities, and countries all over the world. The goal, is to expand past the borders of our mats, raising consciousness, and vibration as we build a symbolic ‘Mala’ around the earth.

The Global Mala Project now recognized worldwide in its efforts to promote peace! Taught by 10 teachers from different studios within the city, and further inspired by DJ Rowan spinning his beats, lets put Victoria on the map.

Whether you choose to practice ‘108″ or simply want to come and enjoy the vibe, and see what the practice brings ~ please stop on by.

Minimum donation is $10 at the door, and all proceeds will support the United Way’s goal of building strong and caring communities.
