Hatha Yoga Chakra Balancing with Sarah Wade

Each class will focus on one chakra. Through this 8 week series, we will explore all 7 major chakras, the energy centres of the body.

We will practice meditation, vocal toning, mudras and yoga poses designed to bring awareness to balancing the chakra, thus allowing you to live to your fullest health, vitality and empowerment.

Our last class will focus on the flow of energy through all 7 chakras.
