This workshop will cover:

• Restorative  Backbends
• Gentle Twists
• Inversions
• The use of props to realign the body
• Setup and adjustments for individuals according to their body’s unique needs.

This workshop is suitable for all levels. Maximum 8 participants for deeper learning.
