Increasing Energy through Chakra Balance

Drawing from the ancient art, science and tradition of yoga, this workshop will provide an introduction to the chakras system, powerful energy centers set along the spinal column. Each of the seven chakras will be discussed, followed by an asana (postures) practice and a meditation session designed to help stimulate and balance the chakras. Participants will learn how chakra health can benefit the body and mind. Helpful tips on bringing chakra balance into daily life practice will be included.
