Introduction to The Seven Moving Principles of Donna Farhi

This workshop will serve as an in-depth exploration, based in BodyMind Centering, of organic Developmental Movement, and the application to Yoga practice. These principles can be applied to any school of yoga practice to deepen existing awareness and open new awarenesses.

Recommended reading by Donna Farhi of “The Breathing Book” and “Yoga Mind, Body and Spirit”. This class is for students with a minimum of 6-12 months continuous yoga practice, and teachers.
