This workshop presents a non-dualistic approach to integrating everyday experiences into one’s being; for a more fulfilled practice of daily life! Main teaching: Chandi Nyasa – a powerful practice that uses sound vibration and body mapping to heal the organs, the heart, the reproductive, circulatory systems and the blood.
These practices will help: * unlock reactive patterns to create a fluid system stabilizing our levels of power and presence * deepen our ability to orient ourselves in relationship and help us alchemize these experiences inside ourselves. Will also be introduced: Hatha practice (poses), mantra (singing chants), meditation, Yoga Nidra, and the Rasas (liberated emotions) Course designed for: Anyone interested in adding a toolbox of practices to incorporate in their therapeutic modalities. About the Teacher: Amanda Ings has been a student & teacher of Yoga for 9 years, leading classes & workshops across Alberta. Tantric Yoga has offered her a tangible, visceral approach to understanding one’s self, and after years of study, it is here she has found a practice that truly takes yoga “off the mat”, and is now dedicated to sharing these practices that help lift the suffering & illusion that pervade our present day lives.
