Mindful Yoga – A practice of remembering w/Carly Forest

Join Carly for a 3 hour practice integrating the wisdom of yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Each 3 hour session will focus on a quiet receptive yin practice, a gentle yang practice, meditation and teachings on mindfulness. Each workshop will have the same format but the teachings on mindfulness will vary. Please bring a journal to write in.
