This is a 4 week registered class that allows for new moms to meet on a weekly basis with their babies.
You will begin to learn a sequence of postures that will help to tone, strengthen, and naturally realign your body after childbirth.
Classes will include both active and passive yoga postures, breath work exercises that will help to support the pelvic floor, and a short period of meditation and relaxation.
