Moody Cow Meditates and So Can You! with Vanessa Braun

All children, like adults have, “Moody Cow Days!” Journey alongside, “Moody Cow” as he learns to work through, and calm his emotions. This interactive morning workshop will explore thoughts & feelings while introducing ways to relax & self-regulate. Using literature as a provocation, children will be guided through several breathing and visualization exercises. Each child will leave with their very own, “mind jar,” inspired by Moody Cow. Parents: There is a Hatha 1/2 drop-in class in the downstairs studio at the same time ($15 drop-in).
