Moving with Cancer: Yoga for Wellbeing

Every day with cancer is different, and every person’s journey is unique. This therapeutic yoga class is designed to support you to move, breathe and access your inner well-being on even the most difficult of days. A wide variety of modifications are available for physical poses, breathing and relaxation techniques. Come to the mat with whatever you are feeling and find your breath, a greater sense of ease and a feeling of being centered. Access a wellspring of community, support and common understanding.

Sarah Wade’s cancer journey began in 2008. Her gentle therapeutic classes are based in a deep and personal understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that one faces while healing and living with cancer.
