Attend this class, in the heart of Matticks Farm, and enjoy the benefits of letting go and releasing physical and mental stress. Classes include Pranayama, meditation, and asana practice in which poses are strung together through movement and breath. Classes emphasize proper alignment while achieving the healing benefits of yoga, including boosted immune system, increased flexibility, balance, and ease of mind. INSTRUCTOR: Taryn Strong Taryn took her 300 hour teacher training program through Moksana Yoga Center in the spring of 2007 and became pilates certified in June 2010.
