SPRING Beginner’s Mind Yoga

Join Carly for 6 weeks of fun exploration in your body, mind, and heart with a consistent therapeutic yoga practice!

Wednesday 8:30-9:30am
Feb.4th-May16th (No class on May 2)

~ Hatha/Flow~
This class will focus on the beginners mind approach to yoga. We will cover the fundamental aspects that provide a solid base to the structure of your practice including pranayama (breathing) techniques, alignment, and an open compassionate mind that leads to confidence on the mat. A variety of asanas (postures) will be explored including seated, standing, balancing, gentle twists, and many more.

The beauty of this series is that you will have the opportunity to work within the same group growing and deepening together as you build on each class.

**Designed for beginners, yet suitable for the more experienced if you are needing to revisit and grow the roots of your practice!
