Spring Cleanse

Spring is nature’s time to clean – learn yogic techniques to support this natural cycle – kriyas, asanas (with a particular focus on twists), ayurvedic diet and more. This workshop will consist of both lecture/discussion and asana practice and leave you ready to move into your Spring cleanse, whether you are planning to do a formal cleanse or support what will be happening naturally at this time of year.
