Teen Yoga is a blend of dynamic movements with traditional yoga postures, meditation, breath awareness, and relaxation.
Develop flexibility, clarity, strength, motivation and balance in our non-judgmental, Feel Good environment! You will learn invaluable techniques that you can take with you and utilize in your daily life. Join Ajia for a light-hearted, teen oriented practice. Feel restored and focused after each class and throughout the rest of your week.
