The Yoga of Herbs
Learn the basics of Ayurveda (the ancient system of healing associated with Yoga). The class will include basic energetic principles that can be applied to lifestyle, Yoga regime, and diet. Taste and learn about Ayurvedic herbs that can help with stress, anxiety, digestion and more. Herb tasting (optional) will be offered as various teas, powders and tinctures.
