Summer is officially here! So why not take our yoga practice outdoors? Combining practice with nature can be deeply therapeutic as we step outside and into the natural world, free from the confinement of walls we delight our senses in the fresh air, natural lighting, and beautiful sounds of nature at work. We will meet at the base of Mount Douglas at 10am, hike to a spectacular location and unroll our mats for a journey into how we can learn from nature in order to harness our power and potential with less force. After class we will feed our hungry bellies, soak up some rays, relax, and then prepare to hike back.
If you’re anything like me and you love being outdoors, practicing yoga and being in the company of other inspiring conscious women then this adventure is for you!

Carly Lauder is dedicated to living in alignment with her inner guidance, the seat of the self. After growing up in a family of divorced and alcoholic parents, Carly’s emotional suffering, low self-esteem, anxiety, and internal rage led her to the yoga mat for the first time. It was there that she found a choice never before considered. To let the inner turmoil destroy her or to grab on to the hope that something far greater was possible.
She met herself for the first time with kindness and curiosity, a softness that birthed inner wisdom and personal power, transforming her life from the inside, out.
Her love for teaching Yoga expanded into similar techniques of healing, moving the body through the art of Thai Massage and Ayurvedic bodywork. Her teachings will reveal to you that movement is necessary for profound growth, transformation, and healing. You will be acknowledged with an open heart, accepted as you are, and inspired to move beyond what you thought was possible.
