THIS WEEK – Yoga4Strength™ is a fusion workout combining yoga, strength training, balance work and core conditioning. It’s an invigorating, full-body routine that mixes basic strength exercises with sun salutations (flowing sequence of postures) and asanas (yoga poses). Yoga4Strength™ is strength training without the strain.
