Yoga and Writing

Sunday Oct 17th | 11am – 4pm

In this workshop, you will learn to use yoga practice & philosophy to become aware of how you can write more authentically. Reconnect your body with your memory and imagination; move and write with more receptivity, and let your sentences become the emotional truth in your scenes. You will need a notebook, several fast-writing pens, and a yoga mat. Guided asanas and writing exercises are suitable for all levels of writers and yoga practitioners. Both beginners and experienced writers are welcome.
