The changes that fall and winter bring are challenging and often result in seasonal depression, fatigue, colds and flus, and feeling stagnant in life. Ayurveda and the yoga lifestyle teaches that when we align to the rhythms of the day and season we can optimize our health and feel vibrant all year round. How does one align at this time of year? By making the necessary changes that are more suitable to the fall and winter season. Find out how specific yoga postures, pranayama (breath exercises), meditation, and lifestyle choices off the mat can support you in feeling deeply nourished, grounded, and evolved in your health.

Instructor Bio:
Carly Lauder is dedicated to living in alignment with her inner guidance, the seat of the self. After growing up in a family of divorced and alcoholic parents, Carly’s emotional suffering, low self-esteem, anxiety, and internal rage led her to the yoga mat for the first time. It was there that she found a choice never before considered. To let the inner turmoil destroy her or to grab on to the hope that something far greater was possible.

She met herself for the first time with kindness and curiosity, a softness that birthed inner wisdom and personal power, transforming her life from the inside, out. Her love for teaching Yoga expanded into similar techniques of healing, moving the body through the art of Thai Massage and Ayurvedic bodywork. Her teachings will reveal to you that movement is necessary for profound growth, transformation, and healing. You will be acknowledged with an open heart, accepted as you are, and inspired to move beyond what you thought was possible.
