Yoga for Beginners

New to yoga or wondering what class to go to and what yoga is all about? Join in on this beginner’s workshop that will introduce students to the fundamentals of yoga, including poses, breath work, and meditation.

Students will have the opportunity to get a sample of different types of yoga, with mini class sessions of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin, to get a taste for different styles of yoga offered at Hemma. There will be ample time for questions and discussion. This workshop is ideal for students that are new to yoga, those returning from a break, or those wishing to review the basics of yoga.
