Yoga for Kids

Yoga for Kids is a light-hearted practice that explores yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation through story, drama, music, songs and cooperative games. Yoga for Kids works to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, imagination, creativity, and sense of community within the children.
