In our attempts to bring spirituality into our daily lives, beyond the mat, a major challenge is our own emotions. Often we are unable to sustain the feelings of being centered and grounded after yoga practice, in the ups and downs of relationships, work pressure and daily routines.
This seminar is designed to help us understand our turbulent emotions, and how to gradually manage them to bring serenity into our thoughts, actions and deeds – the spirit of true Karma Yoga. Combining powerful Yoga practices with a solid theoretical foundation, the workshop will provide an experience of techniques we can bring into daily practice.
There will be time for Q&A to deepen our understanding. The session will include Kirtan (devotional chanting), Asana, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra and will be combined with a yogic understanding of how to promote emotional well being.
