YOGA for RUNNERS at the Burnside Gorge Community Centre is on Thursday evenings from 7-815pm. New stretches have been added to the series to help runners target muscles groups in the legs and hips and to feel at ease and grounded in other poses. Enjoy running without restricting your body’s ability to enjoy the rest of your life!!! All equipment is provided. Drop in welcome or register.
