Yoga for Scoliosis for Instructors: Standing Postures

1 in 10 people have a structural scoliosis and 80-90% of people have some form of asymmetry. Do you know how to address these students in class? Find out how to teach students with spinal curvatures safely so they obtain maximum benefit from your class. Incorrect alignment and adjustments can increase their curvatures and increase pain. Correct alignment and balanced effort provide relief.

Workshops can be taken independently, however the greatest and most comprehensive learning will result from taking both.
