These small pre-registered intensive classes will focus on PAIN RELIEF.
Each class will address standing, sitting, kneeling or lying down while totally supported and in alignment. Expect openings and releases that increase energy through improved breathing, strength and balance.
4 classes $64. One hour private class $60 (private required for new students and optional for returning students).
Small class size so register early.
