Yoga for Teens (age 15-19)

Yoga for teens works to build strength while contributing to an overall sense of well-being, mental clarity and stress reduction. Students will explore yoga through a wide-range of yoga poses in a vinyasa flow style (linking breath with movement) and will learn to use the breath as a tool to promote relaxation and focus.

Yoga for teens has the following additional benefits: •Better posture, balance, concentration and coordination •Longer attention span •Improved self-discipline, self-esteem, confidence and self-control •More balanced metabolism and better muscle tone.
