Yoga for Kids is a light-hearted practice that explores yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation through story, drama, music, songs and cooperative games. This relaxing yoga class helps you bend, stretch and breathe yourself back into shape after delivery. Connect with your baby through stretching and massage and enjoy social contact with other new moms.
