Learn from an Inspiring Teacher: Melissa is an award-winning yoga teacher and certified personal trainer with a devoted following from her classes at Oak Bay Rec and Moksana. Her signature class, Yoga4Strength,™ combines strength training and yoga, offering the best of both disciplines in a safe, comfortable format.

Savour Healthy Gourmet Food: Nourish your body with delicious food incorporating local ingredients. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available, along with some special treats! Choose from plenty of options for your unstructured time.

Relax in the 8-person hot tub or sit around the fire-pit overlooking the beach • Walk along the beach or in nearby parks.

Fees Shared Accommodation: $450 per person / $850 per couple Includes: • Four yoga classes, including restorative, Yoga4Strength™ and hatha/flow. • Six gourmet meals • 2 nights deluxe shared accommodation (double or triple.) Most rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
